Clear expectations for a comfortable, respectful experience.
Booking
An active package or membership, or a card on file for single sessions and vein treatments, is required to schedule treatment appointments. Complimentary consultations may be booked separately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of a package/membership session or a charge of 50% of the single-session price. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice result in forfeiture of the relevant package/membership session or 100% of the single-session price.
Memberships
Memberships carry a 12-month commitment. An eligible membership may be frozen once for up to three months. Early cancellation is subject to a $300 fee in accordance with your signed agreement.
Refunds & Transfers
All purchases are nonrefundable. Treatment sessions are nontransferable and may only be used by the client who purchased the plan.
Annual Safety Screening
A $50 safety screening with our partnering medical team is required for every laser service and purchase. The virtual visit is completed in the studio at your first treatment appointment and is valid for one year. Clients are responsible for the screening fee and any required renewal fees if treatment continues beyond that year.
